Who We Work With

We work with a wide variety of attorneys who have a trial matter that should be referred out of the office. Sometimes the attorney is in an office emphasizing business matters or intellectual property matters, and does not have a trial department. Sometimes the attorney is in a large firm with a trial department, but the firm has a conflict of interest.

We work with seriously injured people. If a loved one died as a result of an accident, we work with their family.

Case Rescue Operations. Occasionally we work with clients and their attorneys on a case that is in trouble and headed for a trial disaster.

Are some of these statements true for you?

“We have a trial matter to refer out. Who will take care of our good client?”

“This patent/trademark/copyright matter is ready for litigation. Who will handle it up to our standards?”

“I have a sinking feeling about this case, and the trial is coming up. Is there any way to get the case back on track?”

Clients are likely to be successful working with us if …

You have an important litigation matter.

You give your best efforts and want the same.
