How We Work

What’s it like to work with this law office? On this page we will tell you the kind of results our clients have obtained, and we will give you a sense of our approach to client projects and how we differ from most other law offices.

A winning strategy is the first item of business. Time spent on developing a winning strategy is time well spent. The strategy gives purpose to all the varying action steps needed. We place no emphasis on fighting battles that were selected by the opposing side.

Financial analysis is one part of a winning strategy. You need to know what the litigation will cost and what you will get for the expense. This requires estimates of probabilities of expected outcomes, and estimates of the expense of each phase.

To keep you informed, we send out monthly written status reports. This will help corporate counsel keep upper management well informed about the progress on the case.

If you are a seriously injured client, we are happy to call you and explain every phase of the case, what will be done next and what each step is intended to accomplish. We do not wait for an injured client to ask questions, because the injured client is not familiar with the process and does not know what questions to ask.

Good results are not optional. It makes no sense to go about the litigation process without clear goals to measure performance. We work closely with clients to ensure that time is spent as necessary to press for a favorable outcome.

What makes us different is the constant emphasis on increasing the effectiveness of organizing the case and presenting the case. What works is what we do, and this changes over time.

Now that you have a better idea about the results you can expect by working with us and our approach and philosophy of working with clients, next go to our Services page to learn about the specific services and programs we offer.
